Passports offices in Manama to open on Friday and Saturday to issue election cards for those with lost passports

Out of the dedication of the Ministry of Interior and to facilitate the participation of citizens in the parliamentary and municipal elections, the Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs (NPRA) announced on Monday that the offices of  the Passport Directorate in the headquarters in Manama will be opened on Friday, November 23 and Saturday, November 24 from 8 am to 8 PM, to issue elections cards for citizens who their passports are lost, damaged or taken by any official authority after presenting documents to prove such reasons. The ready passports could be received from the main branch and Isa Town and Muharraq offices on the same two days and period.  

The NPRA reminds citizens to take their passports with them while casting their votes even if they are expired as they can vote if their ID cards are valid.
