Applying for Foreign Nationality

This service is available to Bahraini citizens wishing to obtain a foreign nationality

Applicant or legal representative must be located inside the Kingdom of Bahrain to submit the application online

Application form for permission to implement Law No. 21 of 2014
Letter addressed to His Excellency the Minister of Interior, stating the type of request and the reasons for it
Copy of the Bahraini passport
Copy of a valid ID card
Clear copy of a certified marriage certificate issued by the legal courts of Bahrain or any other country
Newly issued employment certificate
Certificate issued by the state from which nationality is sought, indicating approval for granting citizenship
Copy of the birth certificate
