Description of Service
This service can be used to execute judicial rulings on Bahraini passport issuance
Required Terms of the Service
- Application must be submitted by the father or an authorized person at any of the service centers, for newborns and individuals with limited capacity
- Submit the application 45 days after the judicial ruling
Attaching the following
- Certificate of non-appeal or discrimination against the judicial ruling
- Enforcement Court execution letter addressed to Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs, or documentation indicating correspondence with the administration
Required Documents
- Application form
- Enforcement Court execution letter addressed to Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs, or documentation indicating correspondence with the administration
- Judicial ruling certificate
- Legitimate governance (if any)
- Certificate of non-appeal or discrimination against the judicial ruling
- Original and copy of the father’s and mother’s passport
- Original and copy of birth certificate
- Original and copy of marriage certificate
- Original and copy of divorce certificate (if any)
- Original and copy of the death certificate (if any)
- Passport photo with a white background (size 6x4 cm)
Procedure
- Book an appointment through the Mwaeid application
- Visit NPRA service center
- Submit all required documents, including the application form
- When your transaction is completed, you will be contacted to visit NPRA service center and pay the fee(s)
- When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the assigned service center
