Special Passport Issuance

Description of Service

This service is for eligible individuals, including their spouses, children under 21, and single daughters, as defined by law (11) of 1975 and its amendments

Required Terms of the Service

• Submit the application in person or through an authorized representative at our Muharraq Security Complex or Isa Town branch

Required Documents

• Application form
• Passport photo with a white background ( size 6x4 cm )
• Original and copy of the birth certificate
• Original and copy of the father's and mother's passports
• Original and copy of the marriage certificate
• Father's or mother's death certificate ( if applicable )
• A letter of approval from the relevant authority indicating eligibility for a special passport entitlement

Procedure

• Visit the NPRA service centers in person, follow the application regulatory procedures 
• Fill out the application form
• Submit all required documents, including the application form
• Receive your printed receipt and receipt number via SMS for confirmation
• When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the same service center where you applied
