Description of Service

Foreigner's newborn registration, within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Terms of the Service

• The application must be submitted by a guarantor or an authorized person
• Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents
• The applicant must be born and located inside the kingdom of Bahrain

Procedure

• Apply through Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs website
• Pay the application fee(s) and get the receipt

•     Personal attendance (Muharraq Security Complex - Isa Town branch)

Processing Time

•  1 working day

Required Documents

• Application form
• Certified copy of the applicant's birth certificate issued by the Ministry of Health in Bahrain
• Clear copies of the father and mother's passports
• Clear copies of the father and mother's resident permits
• Clear copy of the applicant's passport valid for more than 6 months
• Certified copy of the marriage certificate issued by the legal courts of Bahrain or any other country 
• Clear copy of the applicant's ID or the authorized person submitting the application
• Formal letter from the guarantor
• The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time

Fees

•  Fee 15 BHD
•  Delay fee ( for each 6 months ) 10 BHD

Notes

• Payment must be made within 30 days of application approval or the application will be automatically cancelled
