Assistant Undersecretary for Ports, Search and Follow-up Brigadier Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Doseri participated in the proceedings of the Sub-Forum on Immigration Management Cooperation, held in the People’s Republic of China as part of the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang) 2026.

The forum witnessed broad international participation, bringing together 295 officials and representatives from immigration and entry and exit authorities from 64 countries and regions, in addition to representatives from seven international organisations and mechanisms.

Participants discussed ways to strengthen international cooperation in immigration management, exchange expertise and best practices, and develop coordination mechanisms among the relevant authorities. They also addressed a number of issues and challenges related to immigration management and cross-border movement.

Brigadier Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Doseri’s participation, representing Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA), forms part of efforts to enhance the exchange of expertise and strengthen international cooperation with authorities and institutions concerned with immigration and passport affairs in the participating countries.
