• Apply through Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs website
• Print and fill in the application form
• Attach the required documents
• You will be contacted by phone upon completing the procedures 

Required Documents 

• Travel permit application form 
• A letter from the applicant specifying the reason of visit
• Copy of the applicant passport

Travel to visit relatives

• Relative's passport copy
• Proof of relationship 

Travel for work

• Official letter from the employer

Travel for medical treatment abroad

• Copy of medical reports

Travel to study abroad

• Proof of admission from the educational institution
