Local Transfer

Description of Service

Visit visas can be locally transferred to enrollment visas, student visas, work visas, or personal guarantor visas within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Terms of the Service

• The application must be submitted by a guarantor or authorized person
• Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents

Procedure

•  Apply through any of the service channels
•  Pay the application fee(s) and receive the receipt

Service Channels

•  EGovernment official website - for citizens only
•  Personal attendance ( Muharraq security complex - Isa town branch )

Processing Time

Issuance 3 working days

Required Documents

• Depends on the desired type of visa transfer ( enrollment/student/work/personal guarantor )

Fees

• Visa transfer fee 250 BHD
• In addition to the desired type of visa transfer fee
• Payment must be made within 30 days of application approval or the application will be automatically cancelled
