Required Documents

GCC Nationals

• Security services application form
• Applicant's ID copy
• Valid loss certificate from the Directorate of Criminal Information and Certificate Section
• Personal picture (for misplaced passport holder)
• Copy of the lost passport

Resident foreigners and visitors with a guarantor

• Security services application form
• Letter from the employer
• Applicant's ID copy
• Valid loss certificate from the Directorate of Criminal Information and Certificate Section
• Personal picture (for misplaced passport holder)
• Copy of the lost passport (if applicable)
• Guarantor's ID copy
• Guarantor's commercial records copy

Non-guarantor foreign visitors

• Security services application form
• Valid loss certificate from the Directorate of Criminal Information and Certificate Section
• Personal picture (for misplaced passport holder)
• Copy of the lost passport

Procedure

• Apply through the Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs website
• Fill out the application form
• Attach the necessary documents

• Certificate fees: 10 BHD
