Description of Service
This service is available to Bahraini citizens who have lost or damaged their passports
Required Terms of the Service
Submit the application in person or through an authorized representative at our Muharraq Security Complex or Isa Town branch
Procedure
Apply through our service channels
Lost passport
- Fill out the application form
- Submit all required documents, including the application form
- If approved, you will receive a text and email with a payment link
- Receive your printed receipt and receipt number via SMS for confirmation
- When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the same service center where you applied
Damaged passport
- Fill out the application form
- Submit all required documents, including the application form
- Please provide a clear photo of the damaged passport along with a letter explaining the cause
- If approved, you will receive a text and email with a payment link
- Receive your printed receipt and receipt number via SMS for confirmation
- When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the same service center where you applied

Lost passport
- Application form
- Recent passport photo with a white background (in JPG or JPEG format) attached separately
- Copy of the passport's information page (if any)
Damaged passport
- Recent passport photo with a white background (in JPG or JPEG format) attached separately
- Application form
- Damaged passport
- Include Civil Defense Department report in case of fire damage
