Golden Residency for Retired Nonresident Foreigners

Description of Service

This Golden Residency issuance service is provided to retired nonresident foreigners within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Terms of the Service

• Applicant must be a retired nonresident foreigner with a minimum salary of 4000 BHD
• Application must be submitted by a guarantor or an authorized person
• Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents

• Apply through eGovernment official website
• Pay the application fee(s) and get the receipt

• 5 working days

Required Documents

• Clear copy of the applicant's passport valid for more than 6 months
• Clear copy of valid medical insurance certificate issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Clear copy of the applicant's birth certificate issued by the Kingdom of Bahrain's Ministry of Health ( certified )
• Clear copy of pension certificate ( minimum 4000 BHD )
• Clear copy of previous residence permit ( if applicable )
• Clear copy of applicant's 6-month bank statement

Fees

• Non-refundable application fee: 5 BHD
• 10 years golden residency fee: 300 BHD

Note

• The Golden Residency can be renewed for the same duration and fees if all conditions are met
