Golden Residency for Foreigners Owning Real Estate in Bahrain

Description of Service

Golden Residency issuance service is provided to foreigners owning real estate in Bahrain, within applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Terms of the Service

• Applicant must own property in Bahrain valued at 200,000 BHD or more
• Application must be submitted by a guarantor or an authorized person
• Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents

Required Documents

• Application form
• Clear copy of the applicant's passport valid for more than 6 months

• Clear copy of valid medical insurance certificate issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Clear copy of ownership title deed with property value not less than 200,000 BHD
• Clear copy of previous residence permit (if applicable)
• The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time 

Fees

• Application fee 5 BHD (Non-refundable)
• 10 years golden residency fee 300 BHD

• Payment must be made within 30 days of application approval or the application will be automatically cancelled
