Description of Service
Retired Foreigner can issue or renew self-sponsorship residence permit for durations of 2, 5, or 10 years, within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain
Required Terms of the Service
- The application must be submitted by a guarantor or an authorized person
- Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents

- Apply through eVisa official website
- Pay the application fee(s) and get the receipt

- Application form
- Copy of the applicant's passport, valid for more than 6 months
- Clear copy of the applicant's ID
- Certificate of good conduct
- Clear copy of the rental lease contract
- Clear copy of the certification of retirement from the government/private sector or from a GCC country for a period of not less than 15 years
- Valid medical insurance certificate issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain
- A clear copy of the residential lease and the electricity bill
- Evidence of a stable income of 500 BHD or more
- Clear copy of the applicant's or legal representative's ID card
- Copy of previous residence permit
- A statement from the social insurance authority proving years of service
- 3 months bank statement
- The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time
Fees
- Application fee 5 BHD (Non-refundable)
- 2 years residence permit fee 200 BHD
- 5 years residence permit fee 400 BHD
- 10 years residence permit fee 600 BHD
- Transfer fee 250 BHD
