Special Passport Renewal

Description of Service

This service is for eligible individuals, including their spouses, children under 21, and single daughters, as defined by law (11) of 1975 and its amendments

Required Terms of the Service

Personal attendance

• Applications must be submitted in person or by an authorized person
• Provide your previous passport
• Passport holders aged 14 and above must provide their authorized signature

• Apply through the official eGovernment website using your Ekey
• Attach a clear copy of the passport
• Passports should have an expiry date of less than one year
• When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the assigned service center

Required Documents

Personal attendance 

• Application form
• Recent Passport photo with a white background (size 6x4 cm)
• Original and copy of the marriage certificate
• Original passport
• Letter of employment continuation

Procedure

Personal attendance 

• Visit the NPRA service centers in person, follow the application regulatory procedures 
• Fill out the application form
• Submit all required documents, including the application form
• When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the same service center where you applied

• Apply through the official eGovernment website using your Ekey
• Complete the necessary information
• Attach a clear copy of the passport
• Recent passport photo with a white background (in JPG or JPEG format) 
• Select the delivery method 
• Pay the optional delivery fee(s)
• You will receive the receipt number via email
• When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the assigned service center (original passport must be brought upon collection)
