GCC Citizen Foreign Wife Resident Permit

Description of Service

A residence permit can be issued or renewed for the foreign wife of a GCC citizen, within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Terms of the Service

• The application must be submitted by a guarantor or authorized person
• Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents
• The applicant must be located outside the Kingdom of Bahrain to submit the application

Procedure

• Apply through any of the service channels
• Pay the application fee(s) and get the receipt

Processing Time

•  1 working day

Required Documents

• Application form (for submission at service center only)
• Clear copy of the applicant's ID card or the ID card of the authorized person submitting the application (for submission at service center only)
• A clear copy of the guarantor’s ID card
• A clear copy of the wife’s passport valid for more than 6 months (attach a copy of the family information page or any additional information in the passport)
• A clear copy of a certified marriage certificate issued by the legal courts of Bahrain or any other country (certified)
• The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time

• Applying fee  5 BHD (Non-refundable)
• Issuance of residence permit  50 BHD
• Renewal of residence permit  60 BHD
