  • The NPRA shall hold all information provided confidential.
  • The representative of the employer or guarantor shall act within the limits of the authorization.
  • The application shall be rejected :
    1. If the data and documents provided is incorrect
    2. If it does not meet the conditions required for visa or residence permit.
  • The NPRA reserves the right to approve a request or reject it.
  • The visitor or resident is not permitted to stay in the Kingdom after the expiry of visa or residence permit.
  • Visitor must be able to support himself ( and any dependants) during the visit.
  • Visitor is not allowed to take up any employment.
  •  Visitor shall hold a valid passport and return ticket.
  • Holding a visa does not guarantee entry to the Kingdom of Bahrain unless it meets all conditions and the holder has required documents on arrival to be granted entry, at the discretion of the Passport Officer at the port.
  • The application is subject to Laws and Regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the penalties for irregularities described in Penal Code and particular laws in this regard.
    The NPRA has the right to order the repatriation of any expat at any time, on violation of laws, and regulations by the expat or the employer or the guarantor.
    The visitor must provide the address of his residence in the Kingdom.
