Foreigner's Newborn Registration

Foreigner's newborn registration, within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

The application must be submitted by a guarantor or an authorized person
Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents
The applicant must be born and located inside the kingdom of Bahrain
Original Passport of the Applicant must be presented (Service centers only)

Application form (for service center submissions only)
Certified copy of the applicant's birth certificate issued by the Ministry of Health in Bahrain
Clear copies of the father and mother's passports
Clear copies of the father and mother's resident permits
Copy of Applicant's Passport (Must be valid for more than 6 months. Attach a copy of the family details page or any additional information)
Copy of Guarantor's or Authorized Signatory's ID (Service centers only)
Certified copy of the marriage certificate issued by the legal courts of Bahrain or any other country
Clear copy of the applicant's ID or the authorized person submitting the application (Service centers only)
Formal letter from the guarantor (Service centers only)
The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time
