Court-Ordered Passport Issuance

This service can be used to execute judicial rulings on Bahraini passport issuance

Application must be submitted by the father or an authorized person at any of the service centers, for newborns and individuals with limited capacity
Submit the application 45 days after the judicial ruling. Attaching the following

Certificate of non-appeal or discrimination against the judicial ruling.
Execution letter from the Enforcement Court addressed to Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs

Book an appointment through the Mwaeid application
Visit NPRA service center
Submit all required documents, including the application form
When your transaction is completed, you will be contacted to visit NPRA service center and pay the fee(s)
When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the assigned service center

Enforcement Court execution letter addressed to Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs
Judicial ruling certificate
Legitimate governance (if any)
Certificate of non-appeal or discrimination against the judicial ruling.
Original and copy of the father’s and mother’s passport
Original and copy of birth certificate
Original and copy of marriage certificate
Original and copy of divorce certificate (if any)
Original and copy of the death certificate (if any)
Passport photo with a white background (size 6x4 cm)
