Self-sponsorship Residence Permit and Re-entry Visa (Investor)

Description of Service

Foreign investors can issue or renew self-sponsorship residence permit for durations of 2, 5, or 10 years, within the applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Required Terms of the Service

•  The application must be submitted by a guarantor or an authorized person
•  Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents

• Pay the application fee(s) and get the receipt

Required Documents

•  Application form
•  Copy of the applicant's passport, valid for more than 6 months
•  Clear copy of the applicant's ID
•  Certificate of good conduct
•  Clear copy of the rental lease contract
•  Copy of the Company's memorandum and commercial register indicating applicant's ownership/partnership in relevant enterprise
•  Valid medical insurance certificate issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain
•  Bank statement with a minimum fixed deposit of 15,000 BHD, to be maintained in Bahraini banks every six months
•  Evidence of a stable income of 500 BHD or more
•  Clear copy of the applicant's or legal representative's ID card
•  Clear copy of the commercial register
•  Copy of previous residence permit
•  Copy of partner's proof of ownership or investment

•  Non-refundable 5 BHD application fee
•  2 years residence permit fee 200 BHD
•  5 years residence permit fee 400 BHD
•  10 years residence permit fee 600 BHD
