Issuance of Bahraini Passport Details Certificate

 

Service Description: This certificate is issued to Bahraini citizens to support the completion of procedures abroad.

 

Service Requirements:

• Submit the application personally or through a legal representative.
• The passport must be in their possession and valid.
• Login using the eKey through the NPRA-Bahrain Mobile App.

 

Required Documents:

NPRA Official website :

• A letter addressed to the Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs (NPRA).
• Copy of the Bahraini passport.
• Copy of the Smart ID card.
• Authorization letter from the applicant to the representative.
• Copy of the representative’s Smart ID card.

 

NPRA-Bahrain Mobile App:

• Clear colored copy of the Bahraini passport.

 

Service Processing Time: One to Three (1-3) working days.

 

How to Apply:

NPRA Official Website:

• Visit the NPRA official website.
• Select the service from the relevant department and complete the required fields.
• Upload the required documents.
• After approval, you will receive an SMS and email with the payment link.
• Complete the payment and receive a confirmation SMS.
• The certificate will be issued and emailed to you.

 

NPRA-Bahrain Mobile App:

• Download the NPRA-Bahrain mobile application.
• Log in using the eKey.
• Select Certificate Issuance and complete the four steps:

1. Application: Choose applicant type (personal), select the certificate type, state the purpose, and confirm the declaration.
2. Attachments: Upload documents if requested.
3. Confirmation.
4. Payment: Pay the fee of BHD 5.
