Issuance of Last Entry Certificate

Service Description: This certificate is primarily issued to GCC nationals residing in Bahrain for the purpose of renewing their passports at their embassies or for completing procedures with the Ministry of Labor.

 

Service Requirements:

• Application must be submitted by the applicant or their legal representative.
• The applicant must be physically present in Bahrain.
• Login using the eKey through the NPRA-Bahrain Mobile App.

 

Required Documents:

NPRA Official Website

• A letter addressed to the Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs (NPRA).
• Copy of the GCC passport.
• Copy of the GCC ID car.
• Authorization letter from the applicant to the representative.
• Copy of the representative’s ID card.
• Copy of the Bahraini passport, if available.
• Copy of the Bahraini ID card, if available.
• For Bahraini citizens: copy of the valid Bahraini passport.

 

Via NPRA-Bahrain Mobile App:

• No documents required.

 

Service Processing Time:

One to Three (1-3) working days.

 

How to Apply:

NPRA Official Website:

• Visit the Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs (NPRA) official website
• Select the relevant department and service type, and fill in the required fields
• Attach all necessary documents
• If the application is approved, a text message and email with a payment link will be sent
• A payment reference number will be sent via SMS as confirmation
• Once the certificate is ready, it will be sent via email

• Download the NPRA-Bahrain mobile application
• Log in using your eKey
• Select Certificate Issuance, then complete the 4 steps:

1. Application: Choose applicant type (Personal), certificate type, purpose, and declaration
2. Attachments: Upload if requested
3. Confirmation
4. Payment: Pay the service fee of BHD 5
