Lost/Damaged Passport Replacement

This service is available to Bahraini citizens who have lost or damaged their passports

Submit the application in person or through an authorized representative at our Muharraq Security Complex or Isa Town branch, or submit through eGoverment official website using your Ekey

Lost passport

Select the department, followed by the type of service, and fill out the required fields
Submit all required documents, including the application form.
You will be contacted via video call if required.
If approved, you will receive a text and email with a payment link.
Receive your printed receipt and receipt number via SMS for confirmation.
When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the same service center where you applied.

Damaged passport

Fill out the application form.
Submit all required documents, including the application form.
You will be contacted via video call if required.
Please provide a clear photo of the damaged passport along with a letter explaining the cause.
If approved, you will receive a text and email with a payment link.
Receive your printed receipt and receipt number via SMS for confirmation.
When your passport is ready, you will receive an SMS notification to collect it from the same service center where you applied,Original documents and the original damaged passport submitted with the application must be presented.

Payment must be made within 30 days of application approval or the application will be automatically cancelled
