Description of Service

Golden Residency issuance service is provided for foreign residents in Bahrain (employees/retirees), within applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

• Attach all required documents

• Apply through eGovernment official website
• Pay the application fee(s) and get the receipt

• 5 working days

Required Documents

• Clear copy of salary certificate (minimum 2000 BHD)
• Clear copy of valid medical insurance certificate issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Clear copy of previous residence permit (if applicable)
• Clear copy of applicant's 6-month bank statement
• Clear copy of previous residence permit (if applicable)
• The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time 

Fees

•  Application fee 5 BHD (Non-refundable)
• The Golden Residency is  a permanent residency, subject to a standard administrative fee of BHD 300 every 10 years.

• Payment must be made within 30 days of application approval or the application will be automatically cancelled
