Service Description:

Providing services for enforcing court rulings related to visas and residency permits.

Service Requirements:

  • Submit the application through the Tawasul system.
  • The marriage certificate must be issued by the Sharia courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain or by a foreign entity and certified by the official authorities.

Documents: 

  • Visa and residency application form.
  • Execution letter issued by the Execution Court.
  • Court ruling.
  • Sharia court ruling on custody in case of divorce.
  • Certificate of no appeal or cassation against the court rulings issued by the Courts Directorate.
  • Passport of the wife or mother with custody of the Bahraini children.
  • Husband's passport.
  • Husband's identity card.
  • Original marriage or divorce certificate.
  • Husband's employment certificate.
  • Clear copy of documents proving the visitor's financial independence.

Procedures:

  • Submit the application within 45 days of the court ruling date.
  • Complete and sign the service application form.
  • Access the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs website. (Tawasul)
  • Select the directorate and service type and fill in the required fields.
  • Attach all required documents and the service application form.
  • If your application is accepted, you will receive a text message and an email containing a payment link.
  • You will receive a text message on your mobile phone containing the payment confirmation number.
  • Once the transaction is ready, the visa or residence permit will be sent to the email address registered in the Tawasul system when you submitted the application.
